Beautiful Results after Wonderful Experience at Avedent Istanbul. After interviewing three clinics in the Houston / The Woodlands, Texas to perform a cosmetic veneer restoration due to a cycling accident I decided to look outside the area. I found Avedent Clinic in Istanbul where they offered the same Emax Veneer solutions offered in Houston / The Woodlands. My treatments were coordinated by international patient coordinator Doruk Tuncer. He offered timely coordination of both the treatments and logistics. Treatment was provided by Doctors Mert Akbal and Ali Erdemir. They are exceptional doctors working in a state of the art clinic. The entire Avedent Team was professional and courteous. I highly recommend Avedent Istanbul for restorative and cosmetic dentistry and would choose them over the clinics in Houston / The Woodlands, Texas again.

Choosing a dentist from abroad can be stressful but if anyone is reading this review, I wholeheartedly endorse Avedent! From start to finish, I had a great experience with Dr Mert Akbal and his team at Avedent in Kadikoy, Istanbul. He speaks fluent English, is extremely professional and the clinic is modern and has equipment that I would expect to see in a top tier dental office in New York. I had a very short time in Istanbul but needed a crown which is prohibitively expensive in New York City. I told Dr Akbal that I didn't have too much time in Istanbul but his team prepared my crown quickly and with time to spare in case any adjustments were necessary. In addition to the crown, I also got a very thorough cleaning, check up, and had a custom mouth guard prepared since the dental technician noticed that I grind my teeth at night. The total cost for all of this was extremely competitive, but more importantly, the quality of service and work was as high or higher than the standards I have in New York City.

I had an outstanding experience at this dental clinic in Turkey. From the moment I reached out, they were incredibly responsive and managed to schedule my appointment within a week for an implant procedure, even though my situation wasn't urgent. This level of efficiency was impressive. The staff was exceptionally professional and made sure to explain every step of the process to me in perfect English, which was very reassuring. They were patient with my questions and provided clear, comprehensive answers, ensuring I understood everything. The pricing was another highlight. Compared to what I would have paid back in the UK, the cost here was very affordable without compromising on quality. Two months post-procedure, I was thrilled with the results — the implant felt great, and I had no issues at all. Update: Four months after getting the implant, I returned to have a crown placed on it and got two other crowns as well. Everything went smoothly; the procedure was straightforward and completed within five days. Many thanks to the doctor and the clinic team for their excellent work. Special thanks to Doruk Tuncer, the clinic manager, who helped organise all my appointments and assisted with communication whenever needed — his support made the whole process seamless. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for top-notch dental care in Turkey.
