Dr Haidi is great. She’s professional, thorough, very friendly and approachable. I was prepared for 1-2 years of treatment, but had my braces removed after only 6 months. She doesn’t push most expensive or unnecessary treatment, she’s very reasonable and works to achieve best results as per patient’s concerns. The clinic is beautiful and clean, utilizing advanced instruments and technology. Highly recommend.

Overall, I was satisfied with the treatments I received at this clinic. I spent well over 25,000 AED here and can’t complain about the quality of work; everything was done professionally and as expected. However, the reason for my one-star rating is that they charged 2,000 AED just to reprint the night aligners, without even needing to take a new scan. That’s an unreasonable markup compared to other clinics. They were even telling me that the original price was 3000 and this was a discount. Because of this, I decided to switch clinics. They really lack a sense of customer retention. I don’t want to feel pressured or worried about losing the aligners again and being charged another 2,000 AED for something so minor.
