Lets admit it, thinking about getting dental work done is always daunting, especially when you are considering getting implants, and then even more so implants in a different country but what I can say is that I am glad that I chose Haldent to get mine. As easy as it is to be mesmerised by the beautiful buildings, HiTech equipment and peering into the Dental Lab everytime you walk by it, you realise very quickly that they all being used by very skilled individuals, and they are very good at what they do. Dr Hubert Trzepatowski hasn’t just build a dental surgery hes built a family and when you are there you feel very much apart of it. From being picked up for your day off surgery, to being dropped off you are in the best of hands, and if that doesn’t put you at ease the massage before will, mines almost put me to sleep. After having come home now and reflecting back I would like to extend thanks to everyone that was involved, long hours and late nights were put in and I cannot explain how thankful I am for all the time that was put in and all the extra effort that was gone to. So to Medhat, Bartosz, Karolina, Paweł and Karolina thanks to you and Dr Hubert Trzepatowski and the entirety of your team I now have the smile that I have always wanted all thanks to you.

Procedure was All-on-4 and from initial contact with Medhat through Meditravel everything was made clear. We communicated by Whatsapp and video calls and phone. The package included everything apart from flights so transfers, accomodation, pre procedure physio, hygeinist, CT scans and photos and ultimately the All-on-4 procedure. Every member of staff is friendly and exceptionally professional. While I was there I had 2 white fillings replaced in the lower teeth and they are imperceptable. The procedure itself went well and I am very pleased with the result. It truly was a transformation day as Medhat says. I researched Dr. Hubert before commiting to booking and he must be one of the top people doing this procedure. There was some swelling and slight bruising for a few days only afterwards and much less than I anticipated. Very pleased with the result and if you are considering travelling for dental treatment and you choose Haldent you will not be disappointed. My thanks to everyone who was involved in my care. My visit to Haldent in Krakow has been a great experience from my initial contact with Madhat on a rainy Sunday back home in Essex to the procedure itself where I had an all on four on my upper and lower jaw . The clinic just outside Krakow is ideally placed for access to the town and the airport. The care I received was excellent in every way from Anna my care coordinator to David in the scanner room and the experience of the physiotherapy before surgery was appreciated very much . Dr Hubert and his surgical team was first class as was the clean modern facilities. My final result is fantastic ( I am in the airport on the way home and the swelling and soreness has all but gone with surgery less that two days ago) . All the staff at Haldent come across as a family with the vibe of the place putting you at ease with its relaxed friendly environment.I had complications with my surgery as I had large infections in my upper and lower jaw and some very stubborn teeth to remove my procedure was two hours longer than expected but was handled with total professionalism. Away from the clinic and great staff Krakow is a very interesting place to visit with plenty to see and do with very reasonably priced restaurants. I had my son with me and it was great to have some time with him but his presence wasn’t a necessity as the care from Haldent was friendly and professional from start to finish .

The clinic is a beautiful, clean and exclusive place. Ms. Karolina stands out for her exceptional professionalism and meticulousness. The hygiene was extremely comfortable, and the other services were performed at the highest standard. Additionally, everything took place in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. 10/10 🎉
