Yes, but by less than most people expect — around £210 on a complete single implant, once the abutment and crown are counted. That gap is narrow enough that flight cost and travel time usually decide it, not the treatment price. Turkey's advantage widens sharply on multi-implant and full-arch cases.

Why the headline price is never the price
A single implant is three separate things: the post, the abutment that connects to it, and the crown that sits on top. Clinics in every country quote the post on its own, because it is the smallest of the three numbers. A quote that says "implants from £350" is describing about half the eventual bill.
When you compare Turkey and Poland on the post alone, Turkey looks around 20% cheaper. Compare all three parts and the proportion holds, but the absolute gap is smaller than a single return flight in either direction — which is why this question rarely resolves on price.
Where the gap actually opens up
On one implant the difference is modest. On a full arch it is not: an All-on-4 in Turkey typically runs around £5,000 against roughly £5,800 in Poland, and All-on-6 around £6,500 against £7,500. The more units in the case, the more the per-unit difference compounds — and the more the flight cost stops mattering.
The reverse is also true, and worth saying plainly: for a single implant, Poland is closer, the flight is shorter and cheaper from most UK cities, and a follow-up visit is far easier to arrange. If the case is small, that convenience is worth more than the £210.

What price does not tell you
Implant brand moves the number more than country does. A Straumann or Nobel Biocare post costs meaningfully more than an Osstem or MIS one in both countries, and a "premium implant in Poland" can easily cost more than a "standard implant in Turkey" — so a country-to-country comparison only means something once the brand is fixed on both sides.
The other variable is whether your case needs bone grafting or a sinus lift, which is decided by a CT scan rather than by a price list. Those are real line items in both countries and can add several hundred pounds. Neither we nor any clinic can tell you from a photograph whether you will need them.
