Short answer

Around £5,800 per arch in Poland, against roughly £18,000 in the UK and about £5,000 in Turkey. The figure that matters is per arch — quotes for "full mouth" sometimes mean both arches and sometimes one, and the difference is the whole price again.

The full cost, line by line

Typical 2026 prices in GBP. Every part of the bill, not just the advertised one.

What you pay forPolandTurkeyUK
All-on-4, one archFour implants supporting a fixed bridge. Per arch — confirm in writing whether a quote covers one or both.£5,800£5,000£18,000
All-on-6, one archSix implants instead of four. More support, and often recommended where bone density is lower.£7,500£6,500£22,000
Bone graft, if neededDecided by a CT scan, not a photograph. Common where teeth have been missing for years.£280£200£800

Typical mid-range figures, not quotes. Individual clinics price differently and a CT scan can change what a case needs. Last reviewed 2026-08-16.

Per arch, not per mouth

The single most expensive misunderstanding in full-arch treatment is the word "full". All-on-4 restores one jaw. A patient who needs both upper and lower is looking at roughly double the figure above, and quotes do not always spell this out.

Before comparing any two clinics, check that both are quoting the same number of arches, the same number of implants, and a final fixed bridge rather than a temporary one. Those three questions eliminate most of the apparent price differences between clinics in the same city.

Poland against Turkey on a full arch

Poland is roughly £800 more per arch than Turkey on All-on-4, and about £1,000 more on All-on-6. On a single implant that kind of gap is smaller than the flight difference, so it rarely decides anything — on a full arch, and especially on two, it starts to.

Set against that, Poland is a two-to-three hour flight from most UK airports rather than four, which matters more than usual here: full-arch treatment normally needs a second visit for the final bridge, so you are pricing two trips, not one.

One thing that catches people out: full-arch treatment isn't one appointment. The implants have to fuse to the bone before your final teeth go on, so it's usually a first visit, a healing period of a few months, and a second visit. Anyone promising it all in a week is describing the temporary set, not the finished result.

Where are you up to?

What moves the number

Implant brand is the main variable within any country. A full arch on Straumann or Nobel Biocare posts costs substantially more than the same design on a value brand, and a clinic quoting well below the range above is usually quoting a different brand rather than a better deal.

The bridge material is the second variable — acrylic, composite and zirconia bridges sit at very different prices and lifespans. A quote that names neither the implant brand nor the bridge material is not yet a quote.
