Short answer

Four individual implants with abutments and crowns in Krakow typically lands in the low thousands, several times less than the equivalent UK private fee. The figure people are usually quoted, though, is for the posts alone — the abutments and crowns roughly double it, and that is where quotes diverge most.

The full cost, line by line

Typical 2026 prices in GBP. Every part of the bill, not just the advertised one.

What you pay forPolandUK
Implant post (each)The titanium post in the jaw. Multiply by four — this is the advertised number.£500£2,950
Abutment (each)Connects post to crown. One per implant, and the line most often missing from a quote.£130£275
Crown (each)The visible tooth. Four implants means four crowns unless a bridge spans them.£220£850
One complete implant (multiply by four)£850£4,075

Typical mid-range figures, not quotes. Individual clinics price differently and a CT scan can change what a case needs. Last reviewed 2026-08-24.

Four implants is not an All-on-4

These are two different operations that sound almost identical, and confusing them is the most expensive mistake on this subject. Four separate implants replace four missing teeth, each with its own crown. An All-on-4 uses four implants to carry a full arch of twelve or more teeth on a single bridge, and it is for someone who has lost, or is about to lose, everything on that jaw.

The prices are not comparable and neither are the outcomes. If you have four gaps, you want the first. If your remaining teeth are failing, a clinic may well propose the second, and it is a much larger decision than a price difference. Be sure which one you are being quoted for.

What could move the number after a scan

Two things change implant pricing more than anything else and neither can be settled before a CT scan. The first is bone volume: if there is not enough bone to hold the post, a graft is needed, which is a real cost and a real extra healing period. The second, for upper back teeth specifically, is whether a sinus lift is required.

A clinic that includes these as possibilities with prices attached is being straightforward with you. A clinic that omits them entirely is not necessarily hiding anything, but it does mean the quote describes the best case only. Ask for both to be priced as eventualities, and ask how likely each is for your particular case.

Worth knowing before you compare any quotes: the number of implants you need isn't a preference, it's decided by how much bone you have and where the gaps sit. Two people missing the same number of teeth can need very different treatment — which is why quotes vary so wildly before anyone has looked at a scan.

How many teeth are you missing or need replacing?

Why Krakow specifically

Krakow is a short flight from most of the UK and Ireland — under two and a half hours from London — which matters more on implants than on almost anything else, because implant treatment is genuinely two trips several months apart. The posts are placed, the bone integrates over three to six months, then the crowns go on. A destination you can return to easily and cheaply is worth real money in that context.

It is also the reason Poland tends to suit single and multiple implant cases while Turkey pulls ahead on full-arch work, where the per-unit saving is large enough to outweigh a longer flight. Neither is simply better. The right answer depends on the size of your case and how far you want to travel twice.
