Short answer

About £6,500 per arch in Turkey and £7,500 in Poland, against roughly £22,000 in the UK. The more useful question is whether you need six implants rather than four — that is decided by your bone, not your budget, and it changes the price by about £1,500.

The full cost, line by line

Typical 2026 prices in GBP. Every part of the bill, not just the advertised one.

What you pay forTurkeyPolandUK
All-on-6, one archSix implants carrying a fixed bridge. Per arch — check whether a quote covers one jaw or both.£6,500£7,500£22,000
All-on-4, one archThe four-implant version, for comparison. Fewer implants, lower cost, more load on each.£5,000£5,800£18,000
Bone graft, if neededA CT scan decides this. Common where teeth have been missing several years.£200£280£800
Sinus lift, if neededUpper arches only, and again only if the scan shows it.£350£450£1,200

Typical mid-range figures, not quotes. Individual clinics price differently and a CT scan can change what a case needs. Last reviewed 2026-08-16.

Six implants or four — what actually decides it

All-on-4 places four implants, two of them angled to make use of available bone. All-on-6 places six, spreading the load further back. Six is generally considered where bone volume allows it, where the bite forces are heavy, or where the arch is longer — and four is often what makes treatment possible at all when bone is limited.

It is a clinical decision made from a CT scan. A clinic recommending six to every patient, or four to every patient, is describing its own preference rather than your mouth. If two clinics disagree on this for the same scan, that disagreement is worth asking both of them about — it is usually the most informative conversation in the whole process.

Turkey against Poland on a full arch

Turkey runs roughly £1,000 less per arch on All-on-6 and about £800 less on All-on-4. On a single arch that gap is meaningful but not decisive once you add a longer flight; on both arches it roughly doubles, and by then it usually is.

Poland's counterweight is the same as always — two to three hours from most UK airports rather than four, inside the EU, and easier to return to. Full-arch work needs a second visit for the final bridge, so you are pricing two trips either way.

One thing that catches people out: full-arch treatment isn't one appointment. The implants have to fuse to the bone before your final teeth go on, so it's usually a first visit, a healing period of a few months, and a second visit. Anyone promising it all in a week is describing the temporary set, not the finished result.

Where are you up to?

What a full-arch quote must specify

The implant brand by name, the number of arches, the number of implants, and the material of the final bridge. Acrylic, composite and zirconia bridges sit at very different prices and lifespans, and a quote that omits the bridge material is not comparable to one that names it.

Also ask what the temporary bridge is, and how long you wear it. Most patients leave with a temporary and return months later for the final one; a quote that quietly excludes the final bridge is describing half the treatment.
