How Payment Works
We use a 3-stage payment system that protects both you and the clinic:
£200 Holding Deposit (Today)
Secures your appointment and starts the clinic review process.
✓ Fully refundable until Stage 2 payment
20% of Balance (14 Days Before)
Confirms your commitment and locks in your appointment slot.
Once paid, both payments become a 12-month transferable credit
Remaining Balance (At The Clinic)
Pay directly to your clinic on Day 1 after your consultation.

Before you pay 20%: Your £200 deposit is fully refundable. Cancel for any reason and get 100% back.
After you pay 20%: Both payments become non-refundable, but you receive a 12-month credit that can be used for:
- Rebooking with the same clinic on a different date
- Switching to a different clinic on the platform
- Applying to a different treatment
In cases of medical emergency, bereavement, or other genuine hardship, we may offer additional accommodations on a case-by-case basis.
