Complete Your Dental Assessment
Start from the assessment page. You can try our optional Smile Analyser (AI photo analysis) or skip straight to the interactive dental chart. Mark any teeth with issues — missing, broken, painful, sensitive — then answer the health questionnaire. Takes about 5 minutes.
Review Your Dental Health Report
Your personalised Dental Health Report (DHR) shows your dental health score, recommended treatments, and a preliminary treatment plan. Ask Pearl AI any questions about your plan in plain English. Everything is explained — no jargon.
Refine & Compare Prices
On the refine page, adjust treatment quantities, browse the full treatment catalogue, choose between standard and premium materials, and see cost comparisons against your home country. Then view your matched clinics — check ratings, brands, accreditations, and real prices.
Select Up to 3 Clinics
Choose up to 5 clinics from the results page. If you pick more than 3, the treatment comparison page helps you narrow it down. Compare clinics side by side on price, materials, warranties, and included extras.
Complete Your Travel & Medical Profile
In your patient portal, provide your travel dates, number of travellers, and preferences. Review your assessment answers, upload any dental X-rays or photos you have, and select hotel preferences for each clinic. This gives clinics everything they need to prepare your treatment plan.
Review the Quote Summary & Send to Clinics
Check everything on the quote summary page, then we send your complete profile — assessment, photos, X-rays, travel dates — to your chosen clinics. They typically respond within 48–72 hours with detailed treatment plans.
Compare Treatment Plans & Choose Your Clinic
Review detailed treatment plans from each clinic. Ask clinics any questions through the platform. Once you're happy, select your preferred clinic and pay a £200 refundable holding deposit to confirm your booking.
Pre-Travel Payment & Final Prep
Two weeks before your trip, you pay 20% of the treatment cost. The remaining balance is paid directly at the clinic. We help coordinate your travel, provide a pre-travel checklist, and ensure everything is in order.
Treatment & Aftercare
We act as your intermediary throughout — before, during, and after your treatment. If any questions or issues come up at the clinic, we're here to help. After you return home, we follow up to make sure everything went smoothly.
