All-on-4 is a full-arch restoration technique where an entire row of teeth (upper, lower, or both) is supported by just four strategically placed dental implants. Two implants are placed vertically at the front of the jaw, and two are angled at the back to maximise contact with available bone. This angled placement often eliminates the need for bone grafting. On surgery day, any remaining damaged teeth are extracted, the four implants are placed, and a temporary set of fixed teeth is attached the same day.
