All-on-4 from £3,800 in Turkey vs £12,000+ in the UK. Every full mouth option compared with real clinic prices.

Full mouth dental implants cost £20,000-£40,000 in the UK and ,000-,000 in the US. That's a house deposit. Most people who need full mouth work have been putting it off for years because the numbers are just too big.

But the same treatment at verified clinics abroad costs £7,500-£12,000 including flights and hotel. Here's the full breakdown.

What Does a Full Mouth of Implants Actually Cost?

The term "full mouth dental implants" covers everything from snap-on dentures supported by two implants to individual implant-and-crown replacements for every tooth. The price range is enormous.

TreatmentWhat It IsUK Cost (per arch)Both Jaws (UK)
All-on-44 implants + fixed bridge£12,000–£15,000£24,000–£30,000
All-on-66 implants + fixed bridge£15,000–£20,000£30,000–£40,000
Individual implants (12–14)Separate implant + crown per tooth£30,000–£50,000£60,000–£100,000
Implant-supported dentures2–4 implants + removable denture£8,000–£12,000£16,000–£24,000

Most patients end up choosing All-on-4 or All-on-6. Individual implants for a full mouth are rarely recommended — 12 separate surgical sites means more risk, longer healing, and a bill that makes All-on-4 look like a bargain.

Implant-supported dentures are the budget option. They click onto implant posts and come out for cleaning. Stable enough for eating, but not fixed in place like a bridge.

"I got quotes ranging from £3500 to £9000 for the same work — the cheapest wasn't always the worst"

All-on-4 vs All-on-6 vs Individual Implants

All-on-4 places four implants per jaw — two vertical at the front, two angled at 45 degrees at the back. That angulation grips available bone and usually avoids the need for bone grafting. It's the global standard for full-arch replacement.

All-on-6 adds two more implant posts. The load from chewing spreads across six points instead of four. Dentists recommend it when the jaw is large, bone density is uneven, or the patient grinds their teeth heavily.

Individual implants replace each tooth separately. Clinically excellent but rarely practical for a full mouth. The cost is 3–4x higher than All-on-4 and the surgery is far more involved.

For a detailed breakdown of the clinical differences, read our All-on-4 vs All-on-6 comparison. The short version: your dentist should recommend one or the other based on a CT scan of your jaw — not a brochure.

UK vs Turkey vs Hungary Prices

This is where the numbers get interesting.

TreatmentUKTurkeyHungarySaving (Turkey vs UK)
All-on-4 (per arch)£12,000–£15,000£3,800–£7,000£5,000–£8,00053–68%
All-on-6 (per arch)£15,000–£20,000£5,000–£9,000£7,000–£11,00055–67%

Sinus lift (per side)£800–£1,200£250–£400£400–£70067–69%

Example with travel costs included: All-on-4 on both jaws. UK price: £24,000–£30,000. Turkey price including return flights (£200–£350), 7 nights hotel (£400–£700), food and transfers (£200–£300): £8,600–£15,350. Even at the top end, you're saving over £14,000.

These aren't theoretical numbers. They're real prices from clinics on MyDentalFly — verified, itemised, and quoted against your specific dental situation.

"Factor in flights, hotel, and potential return trips when comparing UK vs Turkey prices"

Hidden Costs That Change the Final Number

The price on a clinic's website is almost never the price you'll pay. Several extras routinely get added once you're in the chair.

Bone grafts (£100–£900 per site). If you've been missing teeth for years, your jawbone has almost certainly shrunk. Bone grafting builds it back up enough to anchor an implant. Upper jaws are more commonly affected. A CT scan reveals whether you need grafting before you travel — this should never be a surprise discovered on day one.

Sinus lifts (£250–£1,200 per side). Upper jaw implants near the sinus cavity sometimes need extra space created. In Turkey this adds £250–£400 per side. In the UK, £800–£1,200. A pre-travel CT scan or detailed assessment should flag this.

Sedation and general anaesthesia. Most All-on-4 procedures are done under local anaesthetic with sedation. If you want or need general anaesthesia, expect to pay £300–£800 extra.

"Be prepared to pay extra for GA — it's usually not included in the quoted price"

Temporary bridge vs permanent bridge. You'll leave the clinic with a temporary acrylic bridge on day one. The permanent bridge (usually zirconia) is fitted 3–6 months later on a second trip. Some quotes include both; others quote only the temporary. Always ask.

Second trip costs. Most full mouth implant patients need two trips abroad — one for surgery, one for the permanent prosthetic. Budget £600–£1,000 for the return visit (flights + 2–3 nights hotel).

Zirconia upgrade. The standard permanent bridge is acrylic or composite. Zirconia is harder, more natural-looking, and lasts longer — but adds £1,000–£3,000 per arch. Worth it for most patients who plan to keep their implants for decades.

Aftercare at home. You'll need check-ups with a UK dentist during healing. Most NHS and private dentists will monitor implants placed abroad, but some charge a premium. Budget £100–£300 for follow-up appointments.

How to Get an Accurate Quote

Most patients researching full mouth implants online hit the same wall: every clinic quotes a different number, and none of them seem to match. The reason is simple — they're quoting blind.

A clinic looking at a message that says "I need All-on-4" has no idea whether you need bone grafts, extractions, sinus lifts, or treatment for gum disease first. So they quote the base price and hope the extras don't scare you off later.

The fix is getting assessed before you get quoted.

MyDentalFly's dental assessment works like this:

  1. Mark your teeth on an interactive dental chart. Click which teeth are missing, damaged, painful, or need replacing. This takes about two minutes.
  2. Answer health and medical screening questions. Conditions like diabetes or blood thinners affect implant planning. Better to flag them now than in a foreign clinic.
  3. Receive your dental package. This maps your teeth precisely, recommends treatments, and gives you a clear picture of what you actually need — before any clinic gets involved.
  4. Compare real prices from verified clinics. Up to three clinics review your specific case and quote against your actual dental situation. Side-by-side. No guesswork.

The result? Clinics quote based on real data — your dental chart, your medical history, your X-rays. Fewer surprises. Tighter quotes. And you can compare clinic prices without spending hours on WhatsApp with sales coordinators who just want your deposit.

"Don't just go for the cheapest quote — you get what you pay for"

Every clinic on MyDentalFly is vetted. Written guarantees are required. That's different from directories and marketplaces that list anyone willing to pay a listing fee.

And if the treatment feels like too much to handle alone — call us. We walk patients through their dental package on the phone, explain what the numbers mean, and help match them with the right clinics. No hard sell. Just straight answers about your teeth.

Beyond the dental work itself, there's a city waiting. Istanbul offers the Bosphorus, the Grand Bazaar, and Turkish hammams. Budapest has thermal baths, ruin bars, and Danube river cruises. Most patients bring a partner and turn the trip into a short holiday. Full mouth implant recovery means soft food for a week — but it doesn't mean staying in your hotel room.

How to Get Started Safely

Full mouth work is the most complex dental treatment. The surgeon's experience, the implant brand, and the lab quality all matter significantly.

The candidacy checker tells you in 60 seconds whether bone loss, smoking, or medical conditions affect your suitability. The dental assessment then maps your teeth and tells you exactly what's needed.

We've verified every clinic on our platform and removed eight that didn't meet our standards. For full mouth work, your dental tourism consultant is essential — they coordinate your patient file, manage clinic communication, and hold your deposit until you arrive and confirm you're happy.
