Complete our simple questionnaire, compare quotes from verified clinics, choose your preferred clinic, and book with just a £200 deposit. We guide you through every step.
Is MyDentalFly free to use?
Yes! It's completely free for patients. We charge clinics a commission only when you complete your treatment.
How much can I save?
Most patients save 60-70% compared to home country dental prices. For example, dental implants that cost thousands at home are only £600-800 in Istanbul.
Booking & Payment
How do I book a treatment?
Get your quote, compare clinics, select your preferred clinic, create an account, and pay a £200 deposit to secure your booking.
How does the payment schedule work?
We use a 3-stage payment system: (1) £200 holding deposit today, (2) 20% of your treatment balance 14 days before your appointment, and (3) the remaining balance paid directly at the clinic on Day 1.
Is the £200 deposit refundable?
Yes! Your £200 deposit is fully refundable until you make your 20% payment (14 days before). After that, both payments become a 12-month credit that can be used for rebooking with any clinic, different dates, or different treatments.
What if I need to cancel?
Before 20% payment: Full refund of your deposit. After 20% payment: Both payments become a 12-month transferable credit. In cases of medical emergency or genuine hardship, we offer case-by-case accommodations.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payment is secure and encrypted. At the clinic, you can typically pay by card, bank transfer, or cash.
Safety & Quality
How do you verify clinics?
Every clinic is personally vetted. We check credentials, licenses, facility standards, and review patient feedback before approval.
Are the dentists qualified?
Yes, all dentists have internationally recognized qualifications. Many are trained at leading international institutions.
What if something goes wrong?
All treatments come with warranties. If you need follow-up care, clinics provide support. We also help coordinate any issues.
Travel & Logistics
Do you arrange flights and hotels?
We offer complete packages including flights, hotels, and transfers. You can also book treatment-only and arrange your own travel.
How many trips will I need?
Most treatments require 2-3 visits to complete. Simple procedures like veneers take 5-7 days total.
Do I need a visa?
Most Western passport holders don't need a visa for Turkey (up to 90 days). Check specific requirements for your country.
