Partner programme

Set it up once. Then forget about it.

A lot of your customers are quietly putting off dental work because of what it costs at home. Give them somewhere useful to look — a block on your website, a line in your newsletter, a card on the counter — and we'll pay you £200 whenever one of them goes ahead.

No selling. No admin. Nothing to remember. Ten minutes to set up, and then it just sits there.

What you'd be referring them to

MyDentalFly is a comparison platform for dental treatment abroad — think price comparison, not clinic. Someone completes a free assessment describing their situation, and gets back a complete package rather than a ballpark figure:

They come out with a few real choices matched to their particular problem — not a directory of everyone.

A plan, not a directory

Itemised treatments and real prices, before anyone speaks to a clinic.

We talk to the clinic

We confirm the clinic has the scope for the case and pass the file over. Your customer never negotiates.

Matched on clinical fit

A clinic that isn’t right for a case doesn’t get shown, regardless of anything else.

We don't book flights or hotels, and we don't diagnose. We're the comparison and the planning, and the people who deal with the clinic on the patient's behalf.

You're not recommending treatment. You're handing over a comparison tool.

That distinction matters, because we know what you're actually risking. Your customers trust you, dental treatment abroad has a rotten public reputation, and no referral fee is worth someone coming back to you angry. So here's exactly what protects you.

We never promise a result

We’re a comparison platform, not a clinic. We show people what each clinic is genuinely good at — we don’t sell outcomes, and we ask you not to either.

We turn clinics away

Eight so far. Reasons have included fabricated reviews, quotes that bore no relation to the final bill, and one clinic removing teeth without consent. That filter is what your customer gets for free.

Matching is on clinical fit

A clinic that isn’t right for a case doesn’t get shown, whatever the commercial relationship. We don’t sell placement, ever.

Nobody cold-contacts them

Their details are never sold or sprayed at clinics. We speak to the clinic ourselves and pass the file over — your customer never negotiates with anyone.

We don’t diagnose

No clinical advice comes from a website, and none is expected from you. If someone asks you a dental question, the right answer is “have a look at the assessment”.

We write the words for you

Every piece of copy we give you is written to these same rules — so you never have to guess where the line is, or invent a claim to fill a sentence.

We don't book flights or hotels, and we don't provide clinical diagnosis. We're the comparison, the planning, and the people who deal with the clinic on the patient's behalf — nothing more, and we won't let anyone claim otherwise on our behalf.

What your customers save — and what you earn

Start with the bigger number, because it's the reason anyone will thank you for mentioning us. These are real figures from our own price data, not illustrations:

TreatmentUK priceAbroad, through usThey save
All-on-6 (full arch)£22,000£6,500£15,500
All-on-4 (full arch)£18,000£5,000£13,000
Single implant£2,950£400£2,550

Typical mid-range prices for comparison. Every package is priced to the individual case, so real figures vary — but the order of magnitude doesn't.

And what you get

£200 every time someone you sent us is treated — not per click, not per sign-up. On cases over £2,500, which is most implant and full-arch work.

We're not going to pretend this replaces a revenue line. For most partners it's a few hundred pounds a year, and for some it's a few thousand. The reason to do it is that the work is done once — after setup there's nothing to maintain, nothing to chase, and nothing that stops working if you get busy.

10 minutes

Total setup. Paste a block on your site, drop a line in your next newsletter, put a card on the counter.

Then nothing

No monthly reporting, no targets, no renewals, no one chasing you. It runs whether you think about it or not.

Still paying in year three

The block on your website keeps working long after you’ve forgotten it’s there. That’s the whole point.

And if your customers are mostly people who've been putting off implants or dentures, it adds up to considerably more than that. Tell us who you reach and we'll give you an honest view rather than a flattering one.

How it works

  1. 1

    You apply, we approve

A short form. We review every application by hand — we’d rather have fifty partners who fit than five hundred who don’t.

  2. 2

We set it up with you — once

A short call. We work out which two or three places make sense for how you operate, send you the website block ready to paste, get leaflets printed if you want them, and hand you the newsletter paragraph with your code already in it. This is the only part that takes any effort, and it takes about ten minutes.

  3. 3

    It sits there and works

The block on your site, the card on the counter, the line in your signature. Someone reads it when they’re ready — which might be next week or next year — and your code goes with them permanently when they sign up. No expiring cookie, no lost credit months later on a different device.

  4. 4

Mention it too, if it comes up naturally

Entirely optional, and it does convert better than a link on a page. If someone tells you they’ve been quoted a fortune, one sentence is enough — and we give you the sentence. But nothing depends on you remembering.

  5. 5

    You get paid

£200 once they’ve travelled and been treated, paid within 30 days.

It really is just a conversation. One sentence, at the right moment, to someone who has already told you they're stuck.

Who this works for

The people we help most are usually 50 or over, dealing with missing teeth, a failing bridge, or dentures they can't get on with. So the partners this works best for are businesses that already talk to those people regularly and have their trust.

Not on the list? Apply anyway and tell us who you reach. What matters is whether you have a genuine relationship with people who need this — not what sector you're in.

You won't have to write anything

The most common reason partner programmes fail is that the partner never gets round to it. So everything is written and made for you, sitting in your dashboard with your link, code and QR already on it.

  • Newsletter copy, short and long
  • A standalone email for your list
  • Facebook and Instagram posts
  • A short video script, if you make content
  • A one-sentence script for in person
  • When to mention it — and when not to

Six places it can live — we set up all of them

You don't have to pick. Most partners use two or three, and the printed ones tend to do the quiet work while the digital ones do the spikes.

On your website

We give you a ready-made block — heading, short explainer and button — as a single line of HTML to paste in, or a plain banner image if your site is easier that way. It carries your code, so anything through it is credited to you.

In your newsletter

Short and long copy already written, plus a banner image sized for email. Paste it under your usual items — it reads as something useful you found, not an advert.

Printed leaflets

A designed A5 leaflet with your name and a QR code that goes straight to your link. Print it yourself from the dashboard, or tell us how many you want and we’ll have them printed and posted to you.

A poster for reception

A4, same QR code, designed to be read from a waiting-room chair. This is the one that works hardest for spas, clinics and clubs — it sits there and does its job without anyone having to remember.

Your own QR code

Unique to you, on every printed asset and downloadable on its own. Put it on a counter card, a window, a name badge, the back of an appointment card — anywhere someone might have thirty idle seconds.

Social and email signature

Ready-made Facebook and Instagram posts with disclosure built in, and a one-line email signature so every message you already send carries it quietly.

We'll do the setting up with you

On a short call once you're approved: we'll work out which two or three of these fit how you actually operate, send you the website snippet ready to paste, get leaflets printed if you want them, and put the first newsletter paragraph in your hands with your code already in it. Partners who send something in the first week are the ones this works for — so we make sure that happens.

Questions you probably have

Does it cost my customers anything?
No. The assessment and the comparison are free, and your payout comes out of our side, not theirs. Nobody pays more for having come through you.
Am I responsible if something goes wrong with their treatment?
No. You’re pointing someone at a comparison tool, not providing or recommending clinical care. We don’t promise outcomes and we ask you not to either — the copy we give you is written to keep that line clear.
Will the people I refer get hassled?
No clinic ever cold-contacts them. We handle the clinic conversation ourselves, and they only hear from us in the context of the plan they asked for.
How do I know a referral came from me?
They sign in via your link or enter your code, and from that moment they’re bonded to your account permanently. No cookie window, no lost attribution.
What if someone takes months to decide?
That’s normal, and you still get paid. There’s no expiry on the attribution.
Do I have to be exclusive?
No. Refer whoever you like to whoever you like.
How and when am I paid?
£200 per treated patient, within 30 days of the treatment completing. We pay on treatment rather than on deposit because the deposit is refundable — it isn’t a real booking until they’ve travelled.
Do I need to understand dentistry?
Not at all. You’re handing someone a tool, not advising them. If anyone asks you a dental question, the right answer is to point them at the assessment.
