All-on-4 is a full-arch restoration technique where an entire row of teeth (upper, lower, or both) is supported by just four strategically placed dental implants. Two implants are placed vertically at the front of the jaw, and two are angled at the back to maximise contact with available bone. This angled placement often eliminates the need for bone grafting. On surgery day, any remaining damaged teeth are extracted, the four implants are placed, and a temporary set of fixed teeth is attached the same day. This means you leave the clinic with a functional, natural-looking smile. The temporary teeth are worn for three to six months while the implants integrate with the jawbone. Once healing is complete, you return for your permanent prosthesis — a full arch of teeth crafted from high-quality acrylic, zirconia, or porcelain. The result is a fixed set of teeth that do not need to be removed for cleaning, unlike dentures.
